I went to this dealership to buy a new car, and I really needed a new car. We had some discussion about the possibilities and the options available, however we were not able to come to an agreement on a the needed a new car. Although we were hoping to buy a car but some limitations from both parties resulted in no outcome. everything was going alright, but those that made me upset and very unsatisfied were that: 1- Although we found some cars listed as available on the website, the employee was not able to find them on their website and his explanation was that the website is not being updated more frequently. Indeed, he could not give us any of those because they he said that they were not available. Although it was hard to believe it, but I trusted him and accepted whatever he said. 2- Unfortunately, as I mentioned above, we could not make it work, and I was not unhappy until today that I found that the employee has checked my credit history, though we did not come to an agreement about a deal. I trusted him in terms of giving my personal information and I believed that he would not run my credit since we could not agree on a car, but he did run my credit for no reason! Indeed, against my personal intention, I would not recommend dealership (at least this employee) if you are considering to go and buy a car there. Hope this provides some insight beforehand for future customers to at least be ware what might happen and do not get surprised. More

He was very knowledgable and willing to answer all of my questions, regardless of how many I asked....this was my first time buying a car so I had plenty of questions. He was willing to work with my schedule to come and test drive the car and not pushy and demanding like other salespeople I had dealt with. This was the first selling point for me. When I arrived, he had everything ready and for once the car that I looked at online was the one I actually got to test drive-second selling point. After the test drive, I knew I wanted the car. I came to the dealership with my own financing. Because of the excellent customer service that I had received, I decided to apply for financing through the dealership as well, just to have options. Needless to say, the dealership's financing blew my little offer way...the financing process was FAST, EASY, AND NO-PRESSURE- third selling point! I was so excited when Mr. Mitchell handed me the keys to my new 2013 Hyundai Elantra, I could hardly contain myself! He even showed me how to work all of the features in the car and set-up the bluetooth for my phone before I pulled off. I would definitely reccommend Antwerpen Hyundai-Catonsville to anyone in the market for a new/used vehicle. More

The dealership gave me a very decent price on the car I wanted, but the best part of this experience was the customer service. I had researched several vehicles on line, so I knew what I wanted when I asked Antwerpen Hyundai for a quote on a specific vehicle. Rob emailed me early and said that unfortunately than car had been sold. That impressed me as he could have had me drive there and told me once I was at the dealer. Still wanting to look at a car, I suggested that I could come up later that week and Rob told me that he would do his best to find a similar vehicle, if not an exact match. By the time I arrived 4 days later, Rob had found another matching vehicle. I immediately liked Rob's friendly, informative, and down to brass tacks manner. We were able to take care of all the paperwork very fast, the only delay being the wait for the car to arrive. In the meantime, Rob gave me his car to drive home (I traded mine in) and take care of a few things, which agin made the process much quicker. The car arrived and was prepped and I was out in fairly short order. All in all, it was a very painless and open process. Rob and the other folks I dealt with were all very friendly, not pushy in any way, and made me feel like they welcomed my business. My experience with Mr May was quite refreshing. He was congenial, efficient and professional. I was particularly pleased when he let me use his phone charger for my phone.
