I contacted this dealership because of the favorable reviews I read online. I had already been pre-approved through my local bank and informed Isaac as such. Isaac did and stated the price wasn't the same because I wasn't going through their financing and he kept trying to get me to go through their financing. I said I was already pre-approved and didn't want 40 credit inquiries on my credit report. I told him since I was pre-approved it should be much easier. After talking for 10 minutes, I said nevermind, just leave me alone and this shouldn't have come to this. This experience should have been very easy, but was extremely difficult! I am taking my business elsewhere! More
