I first contacted Isaac when asking for an online quote. He told he could not give me an online quote and in order to get a quote I must come in person. He told me that's their policy because often enough dealers would lie about the online quote in order to get you to go to the dealership and when you do go they'll change the price. I didn't take Isaac seriously at first, but it just so happens he was right. I was deceived by other dealerships because they gave me a quote for a car they didn't even have. The dealerships were very rude when I confronted them about this. Isaac on the other hand is not your typical cars salesman. He is honest and really friendly. He even makes a joke every now and then to make you smile. When you call or email him, he'll actually calls or emails you back. My first car buying experience was really pleasant because of him. He went above and beyond what a typical cars salesman is suppose to do. He doesn't try to sell you extra stuff that you don't need. He respects you and makes your car buying experience as stress-free as possible. I was hesitant to buy a car after dealing with the trickery of other dealerships. I am so thankful to have met Isaac who has changed my whole opinion about car buying. I now have a positive outlook on car buying thanks to him. More
Maurice Mitchell was excellent!! He was knowlegeable, professional, and very friendly.. He sold my Mother a car on, 6 June 2013, and because of his outstanding treatment of her, I came back the next day professional, and very friendly.. Even though my financial situation was not was as attractive as my Mother's, he still treated me with the utmost respect and took very good care of me too!! I rated everything great except for price because of the out of pocket cost to me. I feel that if you pay a pretty large down payment the first payment that you have to make should be extended out an extra out of pocket cost to me. She didn't leave me unattended any longer than neccessary. I have purchased my previous vehicle from Antwerpen. I have been very satisfied with the way the worked with me to get the best deal and financing possible. It was by far way below what any other car dealer (incl other Hyundai dealers) could do. Their service dept has been just as friendly and easy to work with whether it was an oil change or a warranty claim on a tire. It was a natural choice to go back to them when I was looking to up grade my vehicle. I do think there could have been more factory incentives/rebates offered. They did make sure I receive all the offers that the dealer offered, which did add up to more than I expected. More

On May 31,2013 I had my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe serviced for a factory recall and My rear brakes were making noise. The problem was my rotors had grooves that looked like a vinyl record. They gave me excuses like the vehicle sits, you have no mileage for a 2009. I drive 5 miles each way to work the vehicle does not sit. I wanted the rotors replaced because they are defective from the factory. The brake pads had plenty left . Rotors should not be worn like this at 26400 miles. They milled them down but would not replace them. Thats taken money out of my pocket. REMEMBER....JACK SAYS NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
