After being scolded for calling on his day off and hung up on by Bel Air Jones Junction salesman Al Garfall, my husband called a few other Hyundai dealer ships. Isaac Magin basically made the deal on the phone by being extremely polite and willing to work a deal on the new car we were interested in. Isaac was friendly and helpful. He knew what we wanted and didn't dance around. He got straight to the point and made it worth the trip. We live in Cockeysville so it's about 40 minutes from our home. Same distance as Jones Junction which is where my husband purchased his Sante Fe four years ago. He had a great experience there with the salesman and that is why we went back. So disappointed in the treatment and cockiness we decided to look else where. And we are very glad we did. I have spread the word about Antwerpen and also to ask for Isaac. I had a great experience here at Antwerpen Hyundai Catonsville. Before I came to this particular one I was given the run around for over a week at another Hyundai dealership. I then decided to come to Catonsville. Before I came to this particular one I was given the run around for over a week at another Hyundai dealership. I then decided to come to the closer dealership in my area for assistance. When I called and spoke to Issac he helped right over the phone. Also, he was helpful when I contacted him days later about what needs to be done in order to get me in a car within my budget. When I came in to buy the car the following week he went above and beyond to help me get into my very first car. Issac also eased my mind with all my questions and concerns about buying a new car. He even said if I have any questions about my car that I bought I could contact him and he would be glade to help. If I have any friends that need to buy cars in the future, Issac will be the person I will refer them to get the car of their dreams. Thank You so much Issac !!!
