On May 31,2013 I had my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe serviced for a factory recall and My rear brakes were making noise. The problem was my rotors had grooves that looked like a vinyl record. They gave me excuses like the vehicle sits, you have no mileage for a 2009. I drive 5 miles each way to work the vehicle does not sit. I wanted the rotors replaced because they are defective from the factory. The brake pads had plenty left . Rotors should not be worn like this at 26400 miles. They milled them down but would not replace them. Thats taken money out of my pocket. REMEMBER....JACK SAYS NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

He knew what we wanted and didn't dance around. He got straight to the point and made it worth the trip. We live in Cockeysville so it's about 40 minutes from our home. Same distance as Jones Junction which is where my husband purchased his Sante Fe four years ago. He had a great experience there with the salesman and that is why we went back. So disappointed in the treatment and cockiness we decided to look else where. And we are very glad we did. I have spread the word about Antwerpen and also to ask for Isaac.
