Let me start that called 9 times throughout the week to try to reschedule the appt (that i had to schedule almost 3-4 weeks in advance) and literally got put on hold for 20-30 minutes each time or couldn't try to reschedule the appt (that i had to schedule almost 3-4 weeks in advance) and literally got put on hold for 20-30 minutes each time or couldn't get through at all. got hung up on twice. The advisor was very nice. They informed me when i arrived for a routine oil change that I also had a recall. Said it was add about 30 minutes. I was there for almost 3 hours for an oil change and this recall. It wasn't until I walked up to the counter and asked about the status that they said that they were finishing the recall and it was taking a while to upload... They apologized, however i then waited almost another hour without an update until i walked to the counter again. They put an oil change sticker in my window but didn't reset the computer so now my car is yelling at me that I'm PAST due for service. Pretty sure they didn't rotate the tires either even though it says they did. Honestly I'm not convinced the changed the oil. Probably won't ever come back. Bought the car at another dealer but moved to this area so it was more convenient--but honestly ill probably just drive the 45 min to not deal with this. More

I was searching for a car for my wife and was rushing to get it done. I called and was connected to Jamail, and he was excellent with negotiating with me and accommodating my lack of time. He and I agreed a get it done. I called and was connected to Jamail, and he was excellent with negotiating with me and accommodating my lack of time. He and I agreed about pricing and my trade value over the phone in a matter of minutes and put me in touch with our salesperson Roland. Roland ensured he had all the information from me before we showed up at the dealership. When we showed up, he greeted us and walked us to the car for final looks. He made the whole process very easy. There was a point where I wanted to talk with the manager, which happened to be Kevin, and that interaction and his demeanor was so awful we almost walked away from the deal. I asked Kevin if he could waive a fee, and the whole time he was rude and made it seem like he was doing me a favor by selling me this car, and how dare I try to negotiate more. He stood over me the whole time, and he did not act as if he cared. If it wasn't for Roland and Jamail, who treated us so well, I was ready to walk away from the deal. I would recommend Jamail and Roland to ANYONE, but if I had to deal with Kevin again, I would NEVER buy from this dealership. We got to finish our experience with Yessica, and she was AMAZING. She was so kind to us and didn't force us to agree to anything we didn't want, and was never pushy. She took the time to go over what we were signing and was patient with us when we needed more of an explanation. More
