A surprisingly great experience I had a great experience at Antwerpen. I personally worked with Yessica Palacios and her manager, and was extremely happy with the customer service an I had a great experience at Antwerpen. I personally worked with Yessica Palacios and her manager, and was extremely happy with the customer service and time spent. I had come from another Hyundai dealer unsatisfied, and they took the time to work with me and even broke down the numbers so I understood better, going so far as using websites. I had to get some paperwork in order, and they took the time to allow me to do such and text/email what I didn't have with me. The best was the financing; during our price back and forth, they took care of this so the actual "financing" portion was a breeze. Yessica was great with showing me the car and what it included, plus how to use it. I hate car shopping, but if this was the experience I will always have, I won't say that again! More

Amazing experience This is an amazing facility. It is very clean and everyone is very polite. They are willing to answer any questions and try to put your mind at ease. This is an amazing facility. When I came to pick out a car it was right after the snow storm. He went out dug the car out I wanted brought it back and my heart just melted.
