Poor communication with my service advisor. Dealer had my vehicle for over a month before sending me the necessary paperwork in order for them to perform the required diagnostic test. I have already done this several times before as I purchased the new car in August and have received at least 2/3 of these requests. please do not send me any more requests. I have been with Antwerpen Hyundai since 2008 when I first brought my Hyundai Accent. And continued to buy from them. In which I have brought my third car which is the latest Kona 2024 which I love. And I must say with this car it has a lot of technology that I am not sure of. And the staff was so nice and understanding to help me and go over all the new features it came with. Next day I came in to get roof rack put on I saw him he wouldn’t even give me the time of day …. Totally different person ..
