I was given an an appointment for 10/18/22 on 9/26/22. I dropped my car off the night before only to find out do to some system glitch my car hadn't been touched and was considered a drop off. Had I not I dropped my car off the night before only to find out do to some system glitch my car hadn't been touched and was considered a drop off. Had I not called my car would have been sitting for 1 to two weeks. I am also questioning whether I received the correct repair. I had a diagnostic performed at another repair shop that was more thorough than Antwerpen's and produced a different diagnosis than Antwerpen's, and all the service manager could say was it was no need for Leading Edge to perform the test they did. They also misplaced my fuse box cover. I did find it the next day under my seat, while looking for something else. I was told they were better than Towson Heritage, that's why I took my car here, when told to take it to the dealer. When I told the service manager I usually take it to Heritage, he asked me why I didn't go there instead. Needless to say my whole experience was not a good one. I forgot they didn't even call me to tell me my car was ready. I called them for status of the repairs. More

So much to say - I am probably the last person who should've expected to get a used car. I've been out of the country for years and returned with so-so credit and no driving/insurance history. But aft should've expected to get a used car. I've been out of the country for years and returned with so-so credit and no driving/insurance history. But after a week of who knows what kind of witchcraft they were working behind-the-scenes, I drove off into the sunset with my Hyundai. Tom and Angel were diligent, precise, humorous and ultimately, real, with me throughout the whole process. I couldn't recommend a better team! More

I dropped my car off in Thursday morning at 8 am and no one called me about my status of my car my car was sent to the service desk and went straight to voicemail two and no response back and I called the one called me about my status of my car my car was sent to the service desk and went straight to voicemail two and no response back and I called the service adjuster twice ms.parks never returned my call. When I called on Friday at 3 pm they were just putting it up on the lift. I was so mad no calls again me and my boyfriend was so mad we told them we will come get our car. That was the only car we have. I called to days before bringing my car in and The service manager told me it was going to be ready on Thursday so I would not have to get a rental.if I didn't call them I probably would not have my car until next week and no way to get to work. Poor customer service and management they claim they are backed up I should have been told that sooner poor communication now I had to reschedule to get my car looked at next week so inconvenience More
