To begin, when I arrived for appointment I was asked "Is this your car?", by the machines writing down my car information. I thought that was odd question to ask. The receptionist at the service desk explained to me that although my service was scheduled it was going to be 2 to 2 1/2 hours, before my car would be ready. Than the receptionist total ignored me while explaining to the receptionist on the other side of her the services I would due to the service coverage my car. Once was done, she direct me to have a set in the waiting area, which slowly began to fill with other customers waiting, which for me is a problem since I am very aware of the covid rates our state is facing because I test patients every single day for the infection. Unfortunately, not one of the employees sitting near by care about social distancing indoors so I move to a less crowded area where I felt less exposed. Finally, once my car was ready had go retrieve my own car from behind the parking lot myself after waiting 30 mintues because I was told that my car was beginning brought to me. More

Wonderful experience on my last service. The dealer had been shut down the previous week due to COVID and was dealing with a backlog. Bare minimum. Need work on customer service and keeping you informed. I had to call several times to find out how repairs were going. No one ever answered when transferred to service department.
