Had Coolant Flush and heating is not functioning properly. Had heat for a decade now it's not working. Unwilling to let mechanic "try" to fix what they clearly broke. After making an appointment and being on time, I still had to wait 3 hours at the dealership. No on came an updated me on anything, I had to go to the service depart and inquire.
