The customer service was great. The service took a lot longer than the expected wait time. I requested a loner car but was told I wouldn’t be there at least 4 hrs…even if I added on the 30k mile check. Wh longer than the expected wait time. They should offer the shuttle knowing you’ll be there a while. I was speaking with a mechanic and it was him that told me about the shuttle; that I indeed to advantage of. The driver was very kind and patient. He took me a& my friend down the road to grab food and brought us back safely. My new headlights look great. Now I can stop risking my life while it’s dark outside. Since Dim headlights & no high beams are considered non emergent (which should be a policy changed by the entire company as that is very dangerous). I’m just happy to have my lights finally since this recall started about 4/5 months prior, and this was the soonest they were able to handle it. More
