Employees did not know they had a shuttle service available. When I arrived, I confirmed with the shuttle driver that he could assist me with taking my child to school while my car was being serviced available. When I arrived, I confirmed with the shuttle driver that he could assist me with taking my child to school while my car was being serviced. Car given the 30,000 mile service. Two days after scheduled service I received a coupon in the mail for 15% off of a 30,000 mile service. The coupon contained my name and the dates of my scheduled s scheduled service I received a coupon in the mail for 15% off of a 30,000 mile service. The coupon contained my name and the dates of my scheduled service, so they knew I was coming. Called to see about a credit, but they said there was nothing they could do as the coupon needed to be presented at the time of service. Very frustrating experience.
