Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. My car ended up being there for longer than expected, but Vince got me set up with a rental car so I could still get around. The service appt procedure was smooth. Pricing was good. All staff was friendly and service staff was apologetic for the wait. It seemed that they were short staffed- she was incredibly busy. Better communication on use of the shuttle (which I requested but never came) and when service work is done is encouraged. I would recommend giving a tentative completion time- I wasn't sure if it would be done that day and I only have one car. I will try them again based on the positives. More

We had a pre-negotiated price from AARP Buying Service, which they basically honored but the transaction TOOK ALL DAY, even though we were paying cash. They offered us $3,000. more on the printed offer for which they basically honored but the transaction TOOK ALL DAY, even though we were paying cash. They offered us $3,000. more on the printed offer for our trade-in but then reduced it when we arrived. We were the only customers inside the showroom but they couldn't seem to get our paperwork completed. It was an exhausting experience. More
