I went almost two weeks without a vehicle nor an offered status update from this dealer which put me in a very hard place with finding transportation to and from work. Requested multiple times to speak with status update from this dealer which put me in a very hard place with finding transportation to and from work. Requested multiple times to speak with a supervisor and directly with the person that was dealing with my Jeep and rarely got any call backs or true assistance from the clerks. The man that was dealing with my jeep was a nice guy just didn’t communicate enough and the woman that was working in the service area had a very nasty attitude and was all around not accommodating or understanding of my frustration. I was told the dealers didn’t participate in the loaner car program but witnessed another customer get offered a loaner car while her vehicle was being serviced. More
