Antwerpen Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Service Center

It was the worst customer car service experience I ever had. My experience was so bad that after a month of waiting I just decided to get my vehicle fixed by another business. That is saying a lot especial had. My experience was so bad that after a month of waiting I just decided to get my vehicle fixed by another business. That is saying a lot especially since I have a warranty that might have covered the work that needed to be done. I decided to spend money to get good service instead of dealing with the horrible service that I was receiving from this dealership. I will say that this experience was out of the norm for them. I’m use to get getting great service from Jen who is polite, respectful, and very informative. But this time I had a new customer service rep (Sean) and he caused my experience to be horrible. I even contemplated on just getting a new car. Specifically a different make so this way I don’t feel the need to go back to a Chrysler dealership and deal with this type of service. I have also started my official letter to Chrysler HQ to inform them that due to this experience from Sean they almost lost loyal Chrysler/Dodge customer of over 12 years. More
