Antwerpen Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Service Center

Service was fine, it took the technicians 2 trips to identify the problem but once once did they were able to repair it once the parts came in. I know it's not Antwerpen's fault but when I bought the identify the problem but once once did they were able to repair it once the parts came in. I know it's not Antwerpen's fault but when I bought the truck from Musslemans (purchased by Antwerpen) they sold me what I was told was an extended warranty. Ultimately it's my fault for not checking but the warranty they sold me ran concurrent with the factory warranty. The repair was not covered by my supposed extended warranty. I think it was dishonest for Mussleman to tell me a warranty that did not extend my factory warranty. I spoke with the warranty manager and the service manager and they both told me there was nothing I can do. Every other car I've purchased an extended warranty with the warranty started after the factory warranty. I don't know if this is a Chyrlser specific practice or it was musslemans ( I suspect the latter) but it left me disappointed. Having said all that Ryan the service manager was very nice and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. More
