As usual, my service experience at Antwerpen Jeep was excellent. Jennifer Brown helped me to set up an appointment via telephone a few days in advance of my visit. Quote given over phone for oil change was lower than reported cost in person. Made them honor the phone quote which they found a way to do. They complained they were loosing money as the price didn't ev reported cost in person. Made them honor the phone quote which they found a way to do. Really tired of dealers messing with prices to get one over you. Unlikely to use this dealer again. More
