I did not anticipate that I would be even more stressed after my car went here for service. When you think of going to the dealer's for service you want to believe "no problem is too big or too small" but after my car went here for service. When you think of going to the dealer's for service you want to believe "no problem is too big or too small" but that was not the case. I'll start with I still haven't gotten satisfaction and I even had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. All of the that other horrible reviews should have been enough to keep me away, but I took a chance due to the distance and what I felt was convenient. My battery cover wasn't even put back on. Went early in the morning to fix air conditioning, it was like the tech didn't know what he was doing. First $185.00, to diagnose, then price, jumped to$365.00, saying had to diagnose the wires. Wires was fine, on problem,so that was a waste of my money. Then was told needs a radiator fan, bringing price to $1,002.00, also stating this might not solve the problem. Meaning more money. So from 8:15 am to 1pm, told them put my car back together and brought it to a real mechanic. Radiator fan working perfect fine, all it did need was a compressor. Thanks you for wasting my time and money. Upset because always had dealerships take care of my vehicle. Love my car but this makes me want to go back to a Nissan. More
