At first I wasn't pleased with person at the front . The service person didn't acknowledge my concern about my car needed a replacement part. Instead they cleaned the part. And a month later I took it back because it was doing the same thing. I took it back the third time. I stated they needed to replace the part. Not just cleaned it and charging me over five hundred dollars. When I went in for the third time . I was pleased that the man on the front was no longer there. I explained to the new service guy. About what I was experiencing . And her explained to me that they will replace my throttle body part. Which I try to explained to the prior guy.before. it took over 3months for the part to arrive. But I am pleased that the problem was fix. Thanks to the New service guy More

I was having a problem with my vehicle not starting. I called Antwerpen dealership and was told by to service center to bring it in and they would diagnose the problem. As an Out of towner I had low hopes for getting something accomplished on my vehicle in short notice. Sean Lonas was filling in on a Saturday at the service desk and he absolutely did what he could and made accomplished on my vehicle in short notice.
