Repair Check Engine Light On Wednesday, 6/22, my check engine light came on. I called the service dept. and they told me they were busy and to bring the car in on Tuesday, 6/26 On Wednesday, 6/22, my check engine light came on. I called the service dept. and they told me they were busy and to bring the car in on Tuesday, 6/26. On Friday I was concerned about the light being on and wondered if I should be driving it, so I stopped in your service dept. and Mr. Solly Schwartzman hooked up a meter and after reading the results, told me that I could drive the car as long as the light wasn't blinking. On Tuesday, 6/26 I arrived at the service department about 7:45 a.m. and presented my car for service. It took them until about 2 p.m. to do the work while I waited. As I drove the car home I could feel a BIG difference it the way the motor was running. Today, Wednesday, 6/27 I drove it the most AND WHAT A DIFFERENCE. The car's engine runs smoother and has more pep than it has had since new. THANKS . . . THANKS . . . AND ANOTHER BIG THANKS! More

Poor Customer Service and malfunctioning vehicles We purchased a vehicle and with in the first week it doesn't run properly, has a check engine light on and no one is able to fix the vehicle. On 11/ We purchased a vehicle and with in the first week it doesn't run properly, has a check engine light on and no one is able to fix the vehicle. On 11/17/2017 we purchased a used 2010 Cadillac SRX. On 11/18/17 we had to bring the vehicle back to the dealer because of a check engine and other lights on the dash. We were told by the Service Tech Sean Lonas that they were old codes that just needed to be cleared from the history. After that the lights came back on and we had to bring the vehicle again. This time the lights were accompanied by the vehicle shaking violently when idling and a very loud rumbling noises. This happens when driving, reversing, or at stop lights. The vehicle has also turn off on a major intersection while turning. I was stuck in the middle of the street, scared for my life. We brought the vehicle in about 9-10 times in reference to the same issue. We have been told everything from the issue is resolved to "I'm not going to do it because I don't want to" by the GM Don Nelson. They have replaced the TCM and ECM, replaced O2 sensors, added fuel cleaner, among other things and as of 04/27/2018; this issue is still unresolved. We are calling on a daily basis with no call backs. We were told by several staff members that we shouldn't have been sold the vehicle. The new Service Manager came aboard and ensure that he would be able to help us but unfortunately it seems as if he is being bombard with complaints from other customers and we have been placed to the side. I am at this dealership so often that most of the employees know me by name and know who I am when I call. At this point I feel like an employee with a regular shift because I am at the dealership that often to drop off or pickup my vehicle only to find out that it still isn't working. We aren't looking for anything other than the guarantee that you all advertise. We want to have the vehicle fixed or be placed in another vehicle if this one can not be fixed. With you all being such a large well know dealership in Maryland, we never expected to receive a this type of service or that you all would sell an unsafe vehicle. More
