Unethical, unsafe service! DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!! I almost lost my life!! The service staff is extremely negligent and unresponsiveness, not to mention you will DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!! I almost lost my life!! The service staff is extremely negligent and unresponsiveness, not to mention you will be waiting a long time!! 3 months ago I complain of low tire pressure and suspect a nail in the tire. They "look at the tire" and tell me all is well. 3 months later I am refilling air into my tires weekly. I got to the point where I took it to an off-brand tire shop and they PHYSICALLY showed me the nail. The nail was so deep in the thread you could barely see it. Totally pissed off, I made an appointment with Jennifer who tried to insinuate the leak was my doing somehow after my initial appointment. I reassured her it was the same issue and they need to look again. They "looked at the car" and returned it to me with a plug. One day, and one ride later the tire blows out!! I drive back in and demand a new tire. 12 hours later they could not complete the job and I drive my car to Heritage Jeep. Car was serviced in less than an hour... Antwerpen plugged a tire that should have been replaced. The puncture was less than an inch from the tire wall. Additionally, they did not use my tire warranty and used fraudulent paperwork to start service on my car. No wonder Victor Garcia (the technician working on my car) didn't care about the repair. It was done underneath the table. The new service manager Ricardo was of little help, providing the wrong information and can barely do his job to satisfy customers and correct the mistakes of his staff. This location is TRASH! More

My issues was at pick up when the plastic was still on my seat and the paper floor mat was still on Jennifer is and always a pleasure to work with. After spending over $900 I expect my car to at least have these items checked over. More

Told the service center I wanted to have the transmis Brought my Jeep Liberty into Antwerpen after experiencing transmission slippage while in drive. Told the service center I wanted to have the transmission fluid checked and changed, customer service rep asked if I wanted to have a transmission diagnostic, I responded that the problem wasn’t that bad...to please check the fluid first. He seemed annoyed, but they changed the fluid (or so they said). Still experienced slippage (even as I pulled out of Antwerpen), so on the advice of a friend I went to Caton Auto 3 days later They kept it overnight (I told them I typically experienced the problem when the Jeep was cold), dropped 2 quarts of transmission fluid in the following morning, and I haven’t experienced any slippage since. I will NEVER go back to Antwerpen! I’m fairly certain they knew the transmission fluid level was low and that’s what was causing the problem, but figured if the problem persisted I would come back in and spend more $$. Caton Auto figured out that the fluid was low, added 2 quarts AND flashed the codes, and didn’t charge me a dime. More

I took my car in to have it serviced and the service dept informed me that they would keep it for the weekend which i wasn’t expecting so I left my bag in the car. They called and told me it was in the car, but I didn’t have a way back to the dealership. Nathan called me and told me he would bring it to me after he got off work which is exactly what he did. I had a project I needed to work on so him making sure he brought my was was a hughe ordeal. It was after 9:30 when he finished, he called and told me when he was on the way and delivered my bag out of the way of him going home. He was so kind and nice about it. And that was much appreciated. Great customer service much obliged. More

They had the model vehicle I wanted so that's why I chose them. If I had to do it over again I would have gone elsewhere. It was the haggling over the price that really turned me off. The service department really made me upset. They charge astronomical fees for basic services.... seriously go else where for your oil changes! The mechanics and customer service reps don't communicate and I always have to call THEM to find out the status of my vehicle. I was not happy with the way they treated my car or my family. It took way too long for them to complete a repair and made a bad situation worse by not communicating with me. The turnover rate for the staff is very high. Every few months it seems there's a whole new staff! More
