This was my first time coming to this location. I normally go to the one by the checkers due to it being closer. Well since they aren’t open on Saturdays I decided to visit this location which still normally go to the one by the checkers due to it being closer. Well since they aren’t open on Saturdays I decided to visit this location which still isn’t far for me. It took longer than normal to get a oil change but I was ok with that , being as though I was told about the wait once I entered the building. The staff were so inviting. Each person of the staff greeted everyone of us with a good morning or hello. It’s simple but that goes along way. Even though we’re in a time of covid I felt safe and everyone wore a mask which made me feel comfortable. They have more than enough room to wait. The tv kept me occupied lol. I believe the sale room is in that location as well. Being as though I’m looking for a new vehicle in the near future I will be back. I say that cause when I was leaving I seen the inventory and I must say I like what I seen. Ok I think I talked enough lol. More

The drop off with the young woman who is usually there was awesome as usual. She is the best, I wish I knew her name to give her the credit. However, I never received a phone call last Friday when my car was finished, I called them at 4 PM to make sure it was ready. Then when picking it up, there was a bit of a wait which is no issue. When driving away, I noticed that my mileage on my sticker was incorrect, 4 thousands miles under the current mileage and the service receipt also has the wrong mileage. I called the service department back, and let them know the issue and my request for a new invoice and sticker so that the miles were reflected correctly. I’m waiting to receive the sticker and invoice. More
