Antwerpen Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Service Center

I went to Antwerpen Jeep to have my 100k service and an alignment performed on my vehicle. I worked with Ms. Jennifer in the service department. She was friendly and accommodating. I dropped the vehicle off in the morning, I received an update in the afternoon, and picked up the vehicle on the evening of the same day. So far, my experience was very positive. However, upon receiving the vehicle, I noticed that the alignment was still off. Matter of fact, the vehicle behaved exactly the same as prior to receiving the service. I called back the next morning to try and reach the service team but no one would pick up. I left a message with the administrator but received no follow up. I called back again few hours later and left another message but still nothing. The total cost of the maintenance was quite costly (over 1700), and while the vehicle did run well (aside from the alignment), I ended up paying for a service that was either performed incorrectly or was not performed at all. I understand that not everything may go perfectly the first time around but refusing to correct the mistake is not acceptable. More

I brought my car in for an oil change and was told that "my rack and pinion had pretty bad leak" I keep my car in a garage, have always maintained it and there was NO evidence of a leak in my garage. Needless to say I took it home to get a second opinion. Moved my car 3hrs later and there was a 8" diameter leak spot under my car in the garage. 2,250.00 dollars later it's fixed. Beyond disappointed and out a lot of money! More

Arrive was done within the time estimate given, which was nice. Jeep needs to put a "recommended service" at each 5000 or 10,000 miles. All communication was initiated by myself. Jeep was in shop for 3 weeks. Was told Jeep would be ready 2-3 times before it was actually ready for pick up. Week after I picked up Jeep, had to have it towed shop for 3 weeks. Was told Jeep would be ready 2-3 times before it was actually ready for pick up.
