I rate them 0 if I could, I was told that I'll be getting my 500 dollars back that they said. They needed my card info that I used to put on my down payment. & now I'm behind on my car payments since I had t my 500 dollars back that they said. They needed my card info that I used to put on my down payment. & now I'm behind on my car payments since I had the vehicle they wanted to put me in. I never had a say so on what vehicle I wanted & now I'm stuck with a vehicle that I didn't want. & I also was told that I would get my wheel locks the next day that I had my tires rotated. They are not a promising company, there service sucks. & they will never get any referred ppl from me, ever. More
Sales person did all perfectly done except still issue with car registration. its out of state , so they gave me 60 days temporary plate which will expire 11/25/20. Today is 11/19. Everytime need to get update I had to call them which really hard to connect. According rep, out of plate handle by third party, actually I got call from TN register said they even not paid for shipping cost. I believe suppose to take care of all without any issues which all cost was included when closed paperwork. More

The service tech were very polite and helpful. I am a little surprised at the amount of time it took to resolve the problem and repair it. Initially it took a week for them to tell me they couldn’t iden little surprised at the amount of time it took to resolve the problem and repair it. Upon return of my car and on the way home I could hear the noise I complained about and called to schedule to take the car back. Three weeks later they return the car stating the repairs that were made. So far the problem appears to have been corrected. More
