Since I've moved near this location two years ago I must say I have no complaints with the service of there dealership. If anything could be improved on it would be how you drop your vehicle for service. I say I have no complaints with the service of there dealership. I definitely like the assembly line like setup they have at the Owings Mills dealership were I purchased my vehicle and had service there. Ultimately quality of work is great at both locations. More

Anwerpen had my car for 2 days and did nothing. I took it to Heritage and they identified the problem and fixed it. I dont understand how Antwerpen couldn't diagnose my problem like heritage did.
