I had my car towed on Friday and i was told it could not be looked at until Monday. That was fine, on Monday i was told that i should get a call around 8:30 am. Well that call never came. Instead i had to c be looked at until Monday. That was fine, on Monday i was told that i should get a call around 8:30 am. Well that call never came. Instead i had to call at 9:45 am only to hear that Sean didn't know where my car was. I truly don't think that something you tell a customer. Then I get call from his coworker Jen who informs me that they have the key and said they drove around but couldn't seem to find my car on their parking lot. Then tells me i have to call the tow company myself to ask them where they put my car on their parking lot. I had to send pictures of where my car was. Only for them to say it was in there employee parking lot. So now its around 10 in the morning and my car will now have to wait to be looked at when it could have been looked at earlier. Well need less to say i got my vehicle back around 4 pm with persistent calling. I am also missing an item in my car that i know was clearly taken. Price could have been better. I paid more for the labor and the parts was cheaper. More
My service on my oil being changed I feel as though it was rushed, because I had no lights on my dash.
