As soon as I pulled into the service center I was greeted and escorted into the office. Jennifer took a quick look at the vehicle and determined that it would be a day or two of work and explained if I neede and escorted into the office. In the meantime I was impressed with the waiting area very clean and fully stocked. 5 mins later my rental was there and Sean the mechanic servicing my vehicle called me several times that day to keep me aware of what was going on and even repaired my vehicle same day absolutely amazing job. I had always had a good experience in the past but my last visit was awful. I made an appointment the prior Friday for Tuesday at 9:00 am for a broken trunk latch. I took the car in at 8:45 and was told last visit was awful. I made an appointment the prior Friday for Tuesday at 9:00 am for a broken trunk latch. I took the car in at 8:45 and was told the work would take 2 hours. I never heard back from the service rep. I went by the dealership at 3:30 and was told they believed the latch was broken but also wanted to check that there were no electrical problems (6 1/2 hours after drop off). The service rep assured me I would hear from him by end of the day (no call). I called Wednesday morning and was told it was definitely the latch and the car would be ready by noon. I called again at 1:30 and was told the part would arrive in about an hour and I would be called once the repair was completed (again no call). I finally received a call from the other service rep, after 4:00 PM, to let me know that the part never came in and I would have my car by Thursday. I called again around noon on Thursday and the service rep from Wednesday afternoon went to check with the parts Department and returned my call stating they expected latches to come in on Friday. In the meantime the original service rep FINALLY called to say my Jeep was ready for pick-up and he would send a courtesy shuttle right away. As I am going back and forth looking out the door my son came home 1/2 hour later, having left work sick, and gave me a ride to the dealership. I then found out the service rep had never made contact with the courtesy van, and AGAIN never bother to call me. More
Clearly the mechanic at this dealership have no idea how to work on there own automobiles or they are just liars and crooks!!!!! They got $2,000 by replacing the water pump, the tippum, the thermostat, still same problem, they flushed the radiator same problem now they say they have to replace the radiator because when they flushed it it caused a hole to get in it and they want me to pay for that too but they don't know if that is going to fix the problem they're not sure!!!!! So if you're not sure then who is sure!!!??? You are the dealer you are supposed to be reliable, you are supposed to be the experts, you're supposed to be the ones that I turn to for answers..... I will never buy another Jeep automobile and I will tell all of the people that I work with at Johns Hopkins hospital all the people that I encounter as I go from state to state as a traveling surgical technologist I will tell the people in my family I will put it on Facebook I will write a blog do not buy jeep products because the technicians have no idea how to fix them and they break often!!!! More
