I want to start by saying that Jennifer and Sean were the best. I had some extreme circumstances that they helped with. I am mid moving from Florida to Canada and my car broke down just off the I95. Service was fine as far as the scheduling was concern. Everyone in the office was very friendly. It was the execution that was lacking. After dropping off my car it took 24 hours to get it looked at. Once it was looked at, and after I told them exactly the problem I was having, they told me it was something. They thought my issue had something to do with the oil viscosity, but it was not the case. When I agreed to change the oil it was out of sheer “I’ll try anything at this point”. Three days after I picked up my vehicle the same check engine error code came back. I brought the vehicle back in again. The “solution” this time was clear the code and see if it comes back. Just as I suspected, as soon as I picked the vehicle up, that afternoon the light came back. Not only did it come back, but multiple cylinder misfires occurred and I limped the vehicle into the nearest dealership (I was In Frederick). They took a look and immediately knew the issue and how to fix it….the same issue I had when I brought it to Antwerpen. I had a great experience buying my Gladiator at Antwerpen, but I will not be returning for service! More
