I called the day before to come in for an oil change and was told it was first come first serve. So the next day, I arrived at the service center 30 minutes before they opened. Once they opened, I was told was told it was first come first serve. So the next day, I arrived at the service center 30 minutes before they opened. Once they opened, I was told they were “short staffed” and that I should try to come back around 1 PM. I told the guy “I’ll wait in the parking lot.” I had already driven 35 minutes to get there and really didn’t see the point in driving home just to come back. So I waited. I parked my car directly in front of the door so that just in case they finished their other work early I could get squeezed in. I frequently popped into the service center to use the restroom and so that the guy could see I was still there. At 1:38 PM I decided to walk up and ask him if he could give me an update on the time, and the guy tells me he didn’t know I was waiting for an oil change. He watched me come into the service center several times after talking to him initially. He had me waiting for 3.5 hours to not even remember I was waiting. 0/10. I hate this dealership. The only reason I went was because they gave me a free oil change voucher for the last time I came. The last time I came it was two white employees discussing how many “black guys” they have working there now and I was highly offended. Moral of the story don’t go here. More
