Almost Perfect Great experience until it was time to get my tags. Just need to work on that part of the process. Maurice, the sales manager is a stand up guy, very professional and friendly and I believe he worked hard to get a deal done but a car wash or complimentary tank of gas would have been great being I live on the opposite side of town. Most incompetent staff ever! Bought a vehicle from the dealership a while back. The sale went fine and my vehicle was running OK for a while. Took it in for it scheduled maintena Bought a vehicle from the dealership a while back. The sale went fine and my vehicle was running OK for a while. Took it in for it scheduled maintenance and oil changes and had some hiccups with the transmission but it was covered under warranty. Then one day my vehicle needed a major overhaul while under warranty and it took forever (more than 2months) to get repaired. This place would not have done anything and would have left my vehicle to sit for ages had I not complained. The mechanics show no interest in solving their customer’s problems. Auto maintenance is obviously a huge cash cow for them and that’s all they care about. No way would I ever go near this dealership again and as soon as my vehicle’s warranty is up I am selling it! More
