Overall I had a good experience with Mr. Charles Green. He was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I wish I did have a better experience with financing, my social security number was entered incorrectly and my contract had to be redone. My front passenger seat had to be repaired and it was something I noticed after I made my purchase. Also, the refund from my gap insurance was sent to my parents address (which was never listed as my address). My concerns were addressed, but going forward it would help for a more efficient process to not have this to happen. More
