Friendly people, clean facilities! However, sadly, not paying attention to some important details - like NOT closing/tightening the lid after the oil change! It had happened before! This time, right as I was leaving the shop, the red indicator on the dash board alerted me about a problem!! Maybe the oil change is assigned to a "junior" technicians? And if so, wouldn't then a more experience person perform a check?... In any case, it's an unexcusable mistake! More

Lied to about 3year 0% finance offer. Told they would mail my plates, until I was informed the plates were ready to pick up then the representative that answered the phone refused to mail Told they would mail my plates, until I was informed the plates were ready to pick up then the representative that answered the phone refused to mail them. Everything about this deal was made more difficult by the employees at this dealership. Not once did Jack say yes. Stay away from this dealership unless you are willing to accept their bait and switch approach to doing business. More
