The gentleman at front is nice, told me my engine light was on but did not elaborate further why? He was the only one with a mask and the rest of employees who I passed by or seen was unmasked. Was awesome being able to negotiate deal vis the phone. Sales team was able to quickly get me were I wanted to be. Shortest time I have ever spent in the finance office. Sales team was able to quickly get me were I wanted to be. Shortest time I have ever spent in the finance office. More
I brought my car to this dealership three times to resolve an issue with the radio/connect system and it still hasn’t been fixed. I’ve been told that it’s a software issue that has to be fixed from Chrysler’s end. I attempted to tell the service rep that I’ve had issues of this type with my Challenger before I traded to the Charger almost a year ago, but he cut me off when I was trying to explain. I attempted to call Chrysler three times, but the line just disconnected before I could speak to anybody. This is exactly the reason that I’ve always tried to avoid dealing with the service departments at dealerships in general. Historically, it’s been overpriced, inconvenient and often doesn’t solve my problem. On top of that, in this case, I’ve had to pay for transportation to and from because there are no loaners or courtesy shuttles (a total out of pocket cost of 150.00 for a problem that’s not of my creation). When I bring my car in for future service (and the recall involving the windshield seal), I’ll take it to the dealership from which it came. Antwerpen won’t waste anymore of my time. More
