Was told vehicle used semi-synthetic in oil-change. Quoted price for semi-synthetic. System showed semi-synthetic used in previous oil changes here. Picked up vehicle when finished and they used Synthe Quoted price for semi-synthetic. System showed semi-synthetic used in previous oil changes here. Picked up vehicle when finished and they used Synthetic and billed me for synthetic. Also, I requested oil-change package (4 changes). They billed me for 1 oil change (synthetic). Per my request, they charged it to package. However, I paid $199 Synthetic instead of $139 as quoted for semi-synthetic. Therefore, I'm now told my vehicle calls for full synthetic not semi-synthetic More

I used the night drop, leaving my 2014 Grand Caravan at the dealer the night before service. I didn’t have an appointment which never seems to be an issue.
