It needed to be returned for a replacement part on my new transmission. They were professional pretty quick and there were no additional charges for follow-up and a generous free of charge fix. So things aside that they can't control with back ordering, thier service was very good and their troubleshooting my part sends to have resolved the issue. Price is high but its a dealership. Partial warranty coverages helps! More

I used the night drop, leaving my 2014 Grand Caravan at the dealer the night before service. I didn’t have an appointment which never seems to be an issue. Was told vehicle used semi-synthetic in oil-change. Quoted price for semi-synthetic. System showed semi-synthetic used in previous oil changes here. Picked up vehicle when finished and they used Synthe Quoted price for semi-synthetic. System showed semi-synthetic used in previous oil changes here. Picked up vehicle when finished and they used Synthetic and billed me for synthetic. Also, I requested oil-change package (4 changes). They billed me for 1 oil change (synthetic). Per my request, they charged it to package. However, I paid $199 Synthetic instead of $139 as quoted for semi-synthetic. Therefore, I'm now told my vehicle calls for full synthetic not semi-synthetic More
