I paid 1700 dollars to get me lly Jeep repaired and now the engine light is on 30 days later. xxxx shame too. The service guys, Ryan and Team, were excellent besides this minor issue I am having now. Staff that does not care. Technically poor to diagnose the issue. Takes a long time (2 weeks) to diagnose an issue which the other dealer did in less than 8 hours. If one advisor is out sick, no other advisor covers for them on the issue and calls back. They denied having an issue because I did not get in writing what the other advisor said in person. Delivered the car as all fixed and when I started, there was a check engine light and they never informed. Way too many issues with the service department here. I would never go back for buying or service if I am not forced to. More

It needed to be returned for a replacement part on my new transmission. They were professional pretty quick and there were no additional charges for follow-up and a generous free of charge fix. So things aside that they can't control with back ordering, thier service was very good and their troubleshooting my part sends to have resolved the issue. Price is high but its a dealership. Partial warranty coverages helps! More
