Extremely dissatisfied. I have had my car in your shop 3 different times for the same repair and still have the same issue PLUS an additional problem that resulted from the I have had my car in your shop 3 different times for the same repair and still have the same issue PLUS an additional problem that resulted from the shop”s attempt to fix the original problem. After the 2nd attempt to fix the problem and not corrected, I was asked to bring the vehicle a 3rd time. Upon arrival, I was informed that my appointment was not entered into the schedule and the mechanic was on vacation that week. I would have to wait another week until he returned. I was told that the car was driven and tested after each repair but work order states that it was just started. My initial issue wag that “U connect box needed service” That it is still the issue. The message shies on the screen over and over. Now, the additional issue is that my “speed camera and red light warning” mechanism works only abort 10 % of the time. I can go past the same red light camera warning signal and it may come on 1 tine out of the 10 times I pass it Would appreciate a call back from service manager ASAP More
