They were very helpful and patient when I brought my 2022 jeep renegade when I first got there. However, my car wasn’t check thoroughly when they brought my car to the dealer on 8/2/22. I had a chip on my tu jeep renegade when I first got there. However, my car wasn’t check thoroughly when they brought my car to the dealer on 8/2/22. I had a chip on my turner when I adjust the air mode and I didn’t realize it until I turn my air condition up. So that’s kinda of change my mind with the dealership. I did not anticipate that I would be even more stressed after my car went here for service. When you think of going to the dealer's for service you want to believe "no problem is too big or too small" but after my car went here for service. When you think of going to the dealer's for service you want to believe "no problem is too big or too small" but that was not the case. I'll start with I still haven't gotten satisfaction and I even had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. All of the that other horrible reviews should have been enough to keep me away, but I took a chance due to the distance and what I felt was convenient. My battery cover wasn't even put back on. Just poor service on so many levels. More
