Do not go there to get service. I got an oil change on September 2, 2022. They never put my oil cap back on my car. Found out at the another dealership because I was smelling somet I got an oil change on September 2, 2022. They never put my oil cap back on my car. Found out at the another dealership because I was smelling something and wanted to get my car checked. This as been a horrible experience dealing with the entire dealership. Go somewhere!!!!!!!! Decent dealership, but service workers make you feel like you're an annoying burden on them instead of a paying customer. Had to wait two hours for an oil change and no apparent water or coffee provided. Bat you're an annoying burden on them instead of a paying customer. Had to wait two hours for an oil change and no apparent water or coffee provided. Bathroom was dirty. Little things build up too. The service reminder sticker was incorrect and was stuck way in the top middle of windshield instead of the top left corner. The washer fluid wasn't topped off, and the tires were aired unevenly. Checkout was in a different building and I had to flag down a random person to find my car which was parked way away. More

Never removed grease stains from a brand new jeep. Never offered any solutions just continued having me drive up there for them to run chemical sun the seat which caused more damage.
