He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, respectful and mostly honest & engaging! He answered all of my questions and concerns with a genuosity that is now a days rare! His positive demeanor never wavered even when he was presented with what im sure he didnt want to hear at times! Solid stature and a vivdly strong representation of what your company stands for. What i would only assume to be the "customer comes first" approach! Kudos to Mr. Heflin for making my visit a transitional experience opposed to just another transation in the books!
