Your willingness to negotiate with me via phone and email was just wonderful. I have a 9 year old daughter who is high functioning autistic and ADHD and I have a 4 year old son who is, well, your typical 4 year old boy. The thought of dragging them to a dealership to go through the hours of negotiating, test driving, and paperwork made me very nervous. You were willing to get as much done as possible done without us having to be in the dealership. This really helped reduce our anxiety about buying a car. This was the quickest and smoothest car sale I have ever done and no added sales pressure. The kids play room was a nice surprise too. I received a great car at a great price! Keep up the great work! Great Save on the Rebound Brought my leased 2015 Jeep Wrangler in to replace rear window panel that was torn. Phone rep had incorrectly indicated same day repair. At service p Brought my leased 2015 Jeep Wrangler in to replace rear window panel that was torn. Phone rep had incorrectly indicated same day repair. At service point, indication was part was unavailable. Possible roof replacement. Customer service manager Danny saved the day on multiple levels. 1. Defused the pending rage episode that was percolating. 2. Got oil change done while I waited. 3. ordered the window panel for Saturday delivery. 4. Offered options to pickup part and install Sturday AM, or if I could wait would install part. 5. I was in around 8:10 Am, Danny Approached me, service writer got the part, I was out and on the road by 8:30 AM. As I'll be buying, a vehicle in May-June range, this was a big Save and feather in the cap for Antwerpen. More

Poor service on my Jeep 2-24-18 My jeep lease needed it's last oil change and I had a nail in my tire and needed my tire fixed. Oil was changed but tire was not fixable so I purchas My jeep lease needed it's last oil change and I had a nail in my tire and needed my tire fixed. Oil was changed but tire was not fixable so I purchased a new tire. Hour and a half later I was on the way home I noticed my jeep driving different and a pop up on my message center saying my tires were mismatched warning lower performance. I stopped looked at the new tire it was the wrong size 225-60-17 instead of 225-65-17. Took the jeep back and explained to Solomon Harmon. Who said wrong size was put on because the correct size was not in stock. Wet roads unbalanced car I could have crashed with my wife and myself in the car. I was pissed and wanted no charge for the tire. If they did not have the correct size someone should have said something. Don't just send me out in a dangerous car. Mr Harmon was very apologetic when he found out what happened . Between Mr Harmon and Mr Josh Colwell since the right tire was not in stock the fix was to give me a low mileage 225-65-17 tire on the same kind of rim and I was ready to go in 30 minutes. Both Mr Harmon and Mr Colwell were very apologetic and did what was needed to solve the dangerous condition and the inconvenience Antwerpen's Service department put me in. I have had lack of training issues with Antwerpen Jeep before. Mr Harmon and Mr Colwell recognized a mistake had been made and did apologized for it and made it right that's more than I can say about my September 5th incident with Mr. Maurice Mitchell. Mr. Harmon and Mr. Colwell asked if I could return on Monday to receive a full refund. I returned Tuesday February 20, 2018 and received a full refund. Patrick H Boggs Jr More
