Then they change their answers, forcing you to forward past emails stating something different. All they can tell you is they will “investigate,” but every “investigation” has a different answer. It takes 5 people to get anything done. Over a month later, and STILL CANT GET A RESOLUTION. This has been a nightmare, they can have the Jeep back at this point. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. The only positive I have to add is Rose, she connects to people so easily and you can tell she genuinely cares. More
