Even though we were purchasing a pre-owned vehicle they treated us as though we were getting a new one. Hezikiah Washington was our contact when we arrived and was great to work with. The only issue, and this is with almost all dealerships, was the waiting for someone to take out money. Eventually engaged by a salesman who did a great job, even though it was his first day on the job! Had identified two vehicles in the initial email exchange but they weren't pre-identified and the sales team had trouble finding them. They eventually did. Mike, the floor manager whose last name I don't remember, was a big help. After we finalized on the purchase we had to wait quite awhile for the business person to become available. I guess they were having a successful day. Finally, as we were completing all of the signature and writing the check, Mike came in with a last minute crisis because they couldn't find the vehicle inspection form. Mike was very apologetic and got us a loaner car for the weekend and on Monday the salesman drove our vehicle down to us. Just some potholes and bumps on the road on this journey, but we ended up with a nice vehicle at a very good price. More
