I waited 2 hours 15 minutes for an oil change tire rotation that never came. I told them when I arrived I was waiting with the truck, no indication given how long I was going to wait. When I finally a rotation that never came. I told them when I arrived I was waiting with the truck, no indication given how long I was going to wait. When I finally asked, I was still at least 45 mins out. My first visit wasn't much better, except I got the oil change. Waiting room is uncomfortable. I won't be back. More
