All communication was initiated by myself. Jeep was in shop for 3 weeks. Was told Jeep would be ready 2-3 times before it was actually ready for pick up. Week after I picked up Jeep, had to have it towed shop for 3 weeks. Was told Jeep would be ready 2-3 times before it was actually ready for pick up. Week after I picked up Jeep, had to have it towed to you all (At my expense - $110), to fix something that had come loose. More
