I brought my car in for an oil change and was told that "my rack and pinion had pretty bad leak" I keep my car in a garage, have always maintained it and there was NO evidence of a leak in my garage. Needless to say I took it home to get a second opinion. Moved my car 3hrs later and there was a 8" diameter leak spot under my car in the garage. 2,250.00 dollars later it's fixed. Beyond disappointed and out a lot of money! More

Arrive was done within the time estimate given, which was nice. Jeep needs to put a "recommended service" at each 5000 or 10,000 miles. Each time I visited for only a oil change, I was advised another thing nice. Jeep needs to put a "recommended service" at each 5000 or 10,000 miles. Each time I visited for only a oil change, I was advised another thing to be done and ended up paying at least 4 times my original plan. It was NIT extra charge. I did get more things done, but I can't find it on Jeep site if all these things were mandatory. More
