You should look at how O’Donnell honda’s service department is run. Only 1 guy working. He was on the phone for 20 minutes while we stood there and waited. Good - they fit me in to accommodate my work schedule for an oil change - totally appreciated it. Bad - multiple times, I've indicated their records were not correct on how many oil changes & tire rotations an oil change - totally appreciated it. This time was no different. After 3 calls, they did call back to tell me I only had 2 oil changes & tire rotations left. My records show 6 of both should be left. Jennifer indicate when she returned my call that I used one of the ones purchased in 2/2020 on that visit even though it was never added to my account & that I used a second one since but Charles indicated on 9/2020 I used one that was expiring in 10/2020 (I also got an email indicating it was about to expire) and the ones purchase 2/2020 were good for 36 months. I just want what I paid for and my detailed records show I still have 5 remaining, not 2 as the dealership is now indicating. More

They seam to rush through all service. Always a problem and have to return. Scrap on bumper when I go home and then when reported it was too as if they didn't care. Wheel Alignment had no warranty. I went to Antwerpen Jeep to have my 100k service and an alignment performed on my vehicle. I worked with Ms. Jennifer in the service department. She was friendly and accommodating. I dropped the vehicle off in the morning, I received an update in the afternoon, and picked up the vehicle on the evening of the same day. So far, my experience was very positive. However, upon receiving the vehicle, I noticed that the alignment was still off. Matter of fact, the vehicle behaved exactly the same as prior to receiving the service. I called back the next morning to try and reach the service team but no one would pick up. I left a message with the administrator but received no follow up. I called back again few hours later and left another message but still nothing. The total cost of the maintenance was quite costly (over 1700), and while the vehicle did run well (aside from the alignment), I ended up paying for a service that was either performed incorrectly or was not performed at all. I understand that not everything may go perfectly the first time around but refusing to correct the mistake is not acceptable. More
