Overall good experience. Gabby wasn't as knowledgeable about the facts and features of the vehicle as I expected but she was nice and went and found the answers I requested. The reason for buying a durango is because I got married 2 months ago and then a few weeks after that found out my wife is pregnant. So I sold my lifted Ram 3500 cummins for a more family suitable vehicle. Mike's best and final answer for me needing a better price on the car was a whopping $300 off of a $50,000 car. I am a factory trained CDJR technician and worked in a dealership for 3 years and now work for the county as the Fire and Rescue ambulance mechanic, servicing over a dozen of our Dodge ambulances and retain my chrysler technician status. I know the markup dealers get on new vehicles and what could have been taken off the price (while retaining plenty of profit) to help me out, which could have been much more than $300. So that was pretty off-putting, but after searching for a 2020 Durango GT plus with the features I wanted and finally finding this one, I would have had to sacrifice the features I wanted to go buy one from another dealer who was willing to work with me. It was definitely a dealership experience unlike I have seen anywhere else and if I didn't walk in the door already knowing I wanted to buy the car, the effort they put forth would not have made the sale. I will always drive Chrysler products in the future but they won't be from Antwerpen. The only real shining positive was that we noticed a scratch on the left rear door before leaving the lot. Gabby got me an appointment with the scratch and dent guy they use and got it touched up for me free of charge without any dispute. More
