Good sales team got the job done. Receptive to concerns and questions. As always felt the price could have been better, but worked it out. Finance department was kind of strong in the personality area a and questions. As always felt the price could have been better, but worked it out. Only other concern was that the dealer didn’t remove the shipping guards and the detailing for a car with 6 miles was lackluster. Next day revealed water spots and streaks in the windows. Car was bought after sundown. Overall decent experience. Gabrielle Petrine was the star of the show! Made car buying easy while my toddler accompanied me. More

Service person Sean Lonas was arrogant, and dismissive. When the recall service was done, he gave me the key and told me that my car would be driven up if it wasn't there. How could that happen if he gave When the recall service was done, he gave me the key and told me that my car would be driven up if it wasn't there. How could that happen if he gave me the key? I waited for a period of time , until Sean came out of the building and asked him how my car was going to be driven without the key? He then points to someone in an office and told me to get that individual to get my car. So basically "go get your own car". I asked for the service order, He told me that I dont get one. Why is he still working there? I was going to buy a new car or at least explore my options, not anymore. Oh, the heat and radio setting were changed. WHY? More
