I am not dissatisfied with the oil change. I’m dissatisfied with the decision about the oil changes I purchased prior to the pandemic. Although they were expired, I thought the dealership would a dissatisfied with the decision about the oil changes I purchased prior to the pandemic. Although they were expired, I thought the dealership would allow me to use my prepaid oil changes. I was told that the dealership remained open. That might be true but the Governor issued a stay at home order for nonessential business. I also avoided people to minimize my chances of contracting Covid-19. I am disappointed. I plan to find another dealership for service. I would like to recognize Sean for providing excellent customer service. Someone in management denied my request. More
