Mis diagnosis on my car and I had to pay extra for their mistake. I bought the van in for a check engine light and steering wheel vibration. They told me the thermostat and a mis fire in the spark plugs. I mistake. I bought the van in for a check engine light and steering wheel vibration. They told me the thermostat and a mis fire in the spark plugs. I paid the $920 dollars and when I picked up the van the steering wheel was vibrating even more than when I dropped it off. I brought the van back the next week and I had to call to find out the issue. Was told tire belt issue and I needed 4 new tires. Again another $700 out of my pocket for the dealership mistake. The rep guaranteed my van done the same day plus a free alignment. No one ever called me to say of the van was ready. I called 3 times and was told it would be ready the next day... next day comes and still no communication if it was ready. Just a horrible experience and I don't think the alignment was performed and now there is a rattling noise when I drive. I need the van fixed properly and need to be informed what's going on. More

Charlie and Maurice are the best. My vehicle was towed to the Dodge/Chrysler Dealership. They got me in and out with a rental in less than fifteen minutes and a very quick repair to my vehicle.
